What Actually TRAI Wants to do

Actually TRAI ( Telecom Regulatory Authority Of India ) regulate his new rule which is effective from 1 Feb 2019. At the time of implementation  MR. Ram Sewak Sharma ( chairman of TRAI) said that after 1 February 2019 a consumer only pays for their interest. 100 free channels and their MRP is also fixed as 130 if you want to see the channels other than you will charge for according to channel MRP. In term of long plains, TRAI said that it will be applicable for them after completion of their plain. According to clause 17, it is told that after the end of their long term pack they will charge as new charges of the channels announced by TRAI. 

How They Misuse TRAI  Laws.

What actually DTH service provider company do that they show TRAI that they have a large number of the consumer of long term plain so they were applicable to provide channels in the previous rate. After getting the approval they cancel the plain of the subscriber telling them about the TRAI clause and other reasons were given by the customer care of these companies. They discontinue their consumer plains and tell them to repay according to new rates to continue. By doing this they generate a heavy amount of payment for their already paid subscriber.

DTH Service Provider Trick To Generate heavy Income.

The subscriber ID number(TATA SKY):- 1041902634 yearly subscriptions will discontinue 4 months before their completion. They charged near about INR 700 of a month to continue. That means they were able to generate INR 2,800 form a single subscriber in which the subscriber already paid in advance. If you assume them all India long term customer, according to a survey a single DTH service provider has near about 1 crore yearly subscription subscriber. So, that a single DTH service provider company will be able to generate near about INR 2,800 crore in 4 months.

These big companies doing misuse of the law as per TRAI clause 17 and trying to bound to repay on the paid amount. We should have to aware of these circumstances. how they are generating a huge amount of money from our hard-earned money by applying cheap tricks to the consumers.
